Geometry Dash Blast Processing

Zig-zagging through the air with the Wave form.

Level Overview

Difficulty: Harder

Stars: 10

Length: Long (approx. 1:40)

Music: Blast Processing by Waterflame

Blast Processing is the seventeenth level of Geometry Dash. It introduces the Wave form, which moves diagonally up and down in a zig-zag pattern. This form is unique because it instantly changes direction upon a tap or release, with no inertia.

Gameplay Mechanics

The wave mode tests your rapid-tapping and holding precision. Blast Processing serves as a tutorial for the wave, featuring wide corridors at first, then gradually tightening the spaces. It also features distinctive 3D-style block decoration.

Blast Processing Tips

  • Wave Control: The wave is extremely sensitive. For straight flying, use very rapid, small clicks. For diagonals, hold until you reach the desired height.
  • Geometric Awareness: The level uses many diagonal blocks. Remember that the Wave's path is also diagonal (45 degrees), so you can often line up your movement with the slope of the blocks.
  • Relax: While rated Harder/10-stars, Blast Processing is often considered one of the most relaxing levels due to its fun wave gameplay and catchy music.
